I purchased this on December 21, 2022, and it quickly became one of my favorite whey protein powders. The Cookies & Cream flavor was delicious — not overly sweet, with a nice balance that made it easy to enjoy daily. It mixed well in both water and milk, leaving no clumps or chalky texture. I also appreciated that it didn’t cause any stomach discomfort like some other proteins I’ve tried. Overall, a solid product from MuscleTech with excellent flavor and quality. I’m really disappointed to see it discontinued, as it was one of the better-tasting options on the market.

In terms of performance, it really helped with post-workout recovery and supported lean muscle growth. I also liked the added creatine and amino acids that gave it an edge over basic whey protein powders. It’s disappointing that this flavor has been discontinued, because it was both effective and delicious. Hopefully, MuscleTech brings it back in the future!

The taste is excellent – not overly sweet, with a smooth texture that mixes well with water or milk.
