I started this early in my balancing hormones and managing PCOS journey. I tend to do one tea bag of this and then one of true spearmint. The taste is overall good, and ingredients are huge in helping with fertility, PCOS, and cycles. And love being able to add more natural items and not all pills.

I love the quality and ingredients and size of each individual packet. I thought while comparing with other brands that it has a little less raspberry leaf as compared to 1.8 per tea bag in other brands and some other ingredients included so I wasn't sure as some one with mast cell histamine autoimmune condition how this will work for me especially with lemon and lemon grass in it. but I was surprised that I can handle it better and I like the taste better than pure raspberry leaf tea. It has a gentler taste/smell and hints of minty aroma dominating which I prefer. Its recommended to try in the second half of the cycle so I have used it only for a few days and will update if it helped in my cycle and hormonal balance after finishing the packet. i also love it is caffeine free so I can sometimes replace my caffeine tea with it. I drink it usually in the afternoon or evening, soothes me in winter months
