As this tea is caffeine free and tastes like coffee, it could be used as an alternative, the quality is great but I wish the size and packaging had more quantity. The blend is great but the taste is not that strong, I personally liked the root and leaf more than the root only. Like my review if you found it useful.
high quality ingredients. taste is not the best, but that's my opinion. package is average, its a nice tea to have after a meal. no caffeine and many benefits for the gut. also a good blend in there. many brands just have one ingredient, here you have some good herbs in one serving.
