My only advice for this product. Just don't take these prior to bed or you'll be up all night. This product doesn't give any sense of anxiousness which is the absolute beauty of it, because I'm already one of those people are up and adam' at the crack of dawn ready to work without coffee. With that being said, this product has helped me maintain consistent clarity. I'm diagnosed manic bi-polar as it is and I don't even take any other medications, as this has helped me tremendously to keep my routine disciplined and maintained. The only reason I previously specified why this shouldn't be taken at night, is because it allows your brain to function more, creating more activity which won't make those wonderful projectors to close their lids. If you have a thick routine, and you're busy throughout the day and get WORK done. I HIGHLY recommend this product to ANYONE.

I rotate Gotu Kola and Gingko to improve brain function. Both of them have neutral taste. Gotu Kola is a great supplement for the blood vessels too. I felt its benefits after 2 weeks of usage then I switched to Gingko then back again to Gotu Kola. Good quality and composition.
I started taking Nature's Way, Gotu Kola Herb with the hope that it might improve the appearance of my cellulite and also support circulation. The quality of the product felt good from the beginning, and the package arrived intact and well-sealed. I liked that the ingredient list is clean and focused only on gotu kola. The capsule size was easy for me to swallow, which made taking it simple. The dosage seemed straightforward and convenient for daily use. There is a slight herbal taste if the capsule lingers on the tongue, but it’s subtle and not unpleasant. As I haven’t been using it for very long, I can’t speak to major results yet, but I did feel a gentle benefit in overall balance. For cellulite, it’s too soon to say, though I’m hopeful that consistent use might bring some improvement. In terms of circulation, I liked the idea that it may support vein health, even if visible effects take time.
