It's doing something. I kept up a crappy diet (wine, breads, meats, etc) on purpose to see if this stuff will do anything and my eczema redness started diminishing within a week or two and kept getting better. Skin is related to liver health and many things stem from the gut. This restores gut health, allegedly. So far so good.

Love this product! Use it as a support for detoxification processes and once every 6 months for optimal minerals level. Liquid form might not be suitable for everyone but works for me. Also, trust this brand. Everything about production and ingredients you can find at their website.
I haven’t started using Humic Minerals yet, so I can’t comment on the effects. But one thing I really don’t like is that it comes in a plastic bottle. For a mineral supplement that should support detox and health, I would prefer glass packaging.
Probably the best quality of minerals money can bur, problem is you have to spend a lot of money for a 30 day supply for one person, plus the dark content can cause stains if you aren’t careful no awful taste.

I have heard so many naturopaths saying humic and fulvic are very helpful in detox that I decided to buy some. We'll see how it goes. The cap is the measurement which makes it easy to take. I add it to some water. Almost tasteless. By the way, humic and fulvic acid for the plants (in powder form) also really revived some of my plants, so I believe they really do have an effect.
