I bought it to maintain my insulin resistance and I assume it works great at least my resent blood work showed nothing abnormal with blood sugar and insulin tolerance (always ask your doctor please before taking supplements) It has the only 1 ingredient, the quality is good The size is a little bit large, but I don’t have any problem with swallowing it So recommend it PS: I got the whole year even more supply!!!

I am taking this for the past two weeks but I can say that they feel like good quality, I don't know if it's placebo but I feel like I'm in a better mood. I have yet to see the results regarding pcos. I take two capsules in the evening. Average capsule size. Packaging is good and I feel like it's a good balance between the price and the amount you get.
