After lots of research, I found this is the best combination of quality ingredients that I need for my digestion and to support my health journey. I was diagnosed with pancreatic insufficiency and was put on Creon by conventional doctors 5 months ago. The Creon didn't do anything for me! I started following a protocol for a leaky gut from Dr Jockers and now after two and a half months I have my health improved significantly, my digestion is improved and I am off the Creon for 2 months. I have this pain on the back of my neck and shoulders that really bothers me, and have tried massaging with all kind of muscle rubs and creams with not much success. I took 2 of these capsules before bed, on an empty stomach, and the next day there was absolutely no pain anymore. I've continued to do the same every time I notice my pain come back, I take 2 capsules making sure I have an empty stomach, and the pain always goes away after a while. This also works to make my period pain go away. As soon as I have the slightest symptom I take 2 on an empty stomach and it disappears. If it's a very strong pain I'll take another 2 about an hour later and it totally works. Very glad I found this, especially with no fillers.

I take 2 pills twice per day between meals to help deal with chronic pain. It's a good blend of herbs that seems to help and I know it's not harming my body like pharmaceuticals would be. Have been taking consistently for several months now and will continue using.

...we use this as both a systemic enzyme on an empty stomach, or digestive enzyme after food. Feels like they are doing what they should, and have been purchasing for some years since... there's a label change recently, but we feel the old label is more reflective of what it does though...

The ingredients of paradise are high quality. The size of the capsule is good. Neither small neither big. No aftertaste. I can see difference after I take it for pain in knees. Also helps me with other inflammation issues.I take two capsules with an empty stomach. I recommend it.

I used it together with other enzymes to help with digestion , gut health and it has also anti inflammatory properties, which is why I used it in recovery protocol after the surgery. It helps, has no taste and causes no stomach problems .

As an enzyme it can be helpful as a digestive aid but then it follows that it can then just as well be helpful to dissolve protein clots in your system.

This is the best in a long long time, so good for joints and digestion . Clean ingrediens. Cant do without this in my age ( over 60)
