I use vitamin e along with other important vitamins and supplements daily for my skin, hair and general wellbeing. I did not notice anything special so can not say anything but it might have helped.
It is really hard to find a vegan option for vitamin E, and this one serves the purpose. The quality of the supplement is great as well as the packaging as it comes in a glass bottle. Just note that the capsule size is quite large so keep in mind of that.
