Anything that works with my personality instead of trying to reform it gets bonus points.

Took this for 30 days straight and not sure if its placebo but starting to feel better memory and energy levels slightly. Also taking this to improve gym performance (specifically hypertrophy) and again unsure if its placebo but I think its done something to accelerate MPS. Will be repurchasing to see for continued effects
