Great product, my boyfriend had be suffering from gout for about 3 weeks. he was taking Allopurinol and it helped some, but it took the gout a long time to go away. about one week using Gouch! and his gout is all gone! and he doesnt feel an attack coming either! I had four consecutive four flare-ups in 2 months. Gouch was recommended in "The Gout Lie" book. I thought it was worth a try. I'm almost finished with the 2-month supply and so far, no gout recurrence. I'm planning to reorder, to have some on hand just in case. Just started this. But so far so good. I don't live the healthist of life style. Shift work has it's toll on the body. And i get gout attacks often. But have not had a flare-up so far. Time will tell i guess.
