The expected effect. If you take enough, you'll get some detox, which is part of the idea. If you take the amount suggested, the effect will depend on state of health. Occasionally you'll discover people making comments about unexpected detox. Well that's the idea isn't it? Just depends on the amount taken. Everyone is different.
Very easy to take. My hair stopped falling and is back to its normal shedding. Great option to replace smoothies or juicing. Attention: it is not gluten free.
Really love these wheatgrass capsules. Highly recommended. Excellent quality, consistent capsules/ingredients and packaging. Have taken them for a number of years now. I believe they have helped me remain in great health and I do not have to take any prescription meds. Great superfood and helps improve my diet.
We take it in a glass of water by opening the capsules, the taste is good, not super greeny, easy to drink. We also give it to kids in a smoothie, if you use 2 open capsules in a mongo or pineapple smoothie there is no taste just the green colour so kids like it. Good ingredients without anything extra. The combination of the two grasses makes it a real superfood.
I love pure plant is good I feel different in my guts more strong and healthy
I love pure planet and this have great taste in smoothies
The best I have used. Good quality and size. Amazing for your health support
Good product. I especially enjoy taking this before bed as part of my evening brain health ritual.
High quality product, one of the best tasting wheatgrass on the market. Helps greatly to alkalise the body and provide essential vitamins and minerals in an easy package.
It is a great way to get the benefits of wheatgrass in a convenient form, especially on busy days when I can’t prepare fresh juice. The fact that these are vegetarian capsules is important to me, and the large bottle offers good value for the price. Overall, Pure Planet’s Heirloom Wheatgrass has become a reliable part of my daily health regimen.
