The dosage is 1-3 capsules a day depending on your needs. I’ve got this for hair growth and it has a mild laxative effect too. The capsules are large and slightly oily. As you can see by my hand for size reference. There is no odour. If this review gets enough likes, I’ll update in 3 months to see if my hair was benefit.
I bought this product because I have been experiencing constipation since I have started weight loss meds that slow digestion. The capsules were easy to swallow and the quality of the castor oil was very good and as expected from this brand. I would recommend it for anyone experiencing problems with elimination, colon cleansing, bowel, or chronic constipation.

I put mine right into the freezer. so far I've taken one each morning and haven't noticed any stomach upset. I will slowly work my way up. supposed to be good for your gut and parasites

Good qulaty capsules. The size is normal for swallow. ingredients are safe and organic. What about dosage? My mom takes 1 capsule. A little bit butter taste. Benefit by price.
I froze there and used for parasite cleansing. Worked great and was very easy. Just make sure they are pure white and completely frozen before taking. I only had an issue once when I took for several days in a row and swallowed with hot coffee. They hit different and cleansed me out of both ends.
I bought it for the anti-inflammatory properties. I don't notice any laxative effects. Given all the documentation on the subject, I believe I'm probably a special case. Be careful!
