Fantastic product that is a unique combination of enzymes and free from binders and fillers while also being vegetarian. Nattokinase and Serrapeptase are used to break down the fibrin created by the spirochetes that cause Lyme disease. They use the "biofilm" to hide from the immune system and proliferate within the system so it essential to supplement with a product that assists with breaking down the film. This will cause the bacteria to be exposed to the immune system and therefore will cause a Herxheimer reaction. I started taking these after having a torn retina sack in an attempt to not only improve my eye health but in hopes of eliminating the floaters from the torn retina sack. Indeed my floaters have reduced greatly BUT I take MANY other supplements also for floater elimination (see my profile/ public list "Eye Floaters".)

This is another product by Doctors Best that I can’t live without. I actually started taking this in 2020 after researching supplements to help my immune system and the symptoms I suffer with fibromyalgia. I stopped taking this for a month one time in 2023 and the pain was so bad in my finger joints that I immediately reordered and haven’t stopped since. It has seriously reduced my joint pain and I feel very good about the fact that it is supposed to be protective of the heart.

High quality product at an affordable price. I take these to help with Nasal polyps. I think it is helping - I have been blowing out chunks out of my nose that looks like polyps and my sinus inflammation has improved. I will order again.

This has a great combination of Serrapeptase and Nattokinase. Both are very anti inflammatory but work in slightly different ways. I use these for cardiovascular health and muscle recovery. I’ve taken them when I’ve had strains to speed up healing and the work great. 2 pills at a time hit the sweet spot for me.

I was happy to find this combo in the same dose of each that I normally take one each of twice a day and from the same brand. So two caps now instead of four. Natto got my husband out of some very detrimental results of injections taken so this will always be on my list.
