Best multi vitamin complex on the market i can find. best coverage by miles. If anything it could use more iron, but other than that its 10/10. Truly doctor's best lol. Idk what else they could put in these Veggie Capsules to make it better than it is.

Although I believe Dr best has one of the best supplements with the best quality, I did not enjoy this multivitamins. My pee was very greenish from taking it and I had to drink a lot of water and it made me a bit dizzy for the first few times I took it. To be fair, after 2 or 3 hours of taking it the effects are nice and noticible. One thing I like to point out is that I get extreamly gassy after 6 to 8 hours of taking it but I was diagnosed with SIBO so maybe that was the reason.
