I saw an introduction about safflower seed oil on the Internet and read about its related benefits, conjugated linoleic acid (CLA), which is a conjugated isomer of linoleic acid, a natural, anti-oxidative Unsaturated fatty acids that are beneficial to the human body are called conjugated because they have both the cis and trans structures of fatty acids. However, the human body cannot synthesize CLA on its own and must ingest it separately. Currently, the edible vegetable oil with the highest CLA content is known to be safflower seed oil. I dont use this company much because of some fillers however it is difficult to find this safflower formula. In fact it is the only one I found - looking for full benefits of safflower beside the CLA benefits. Vegans can benefit especially from the CLA but also pure safflower can improve vision. Very happy with this product - no heartburn, burps or taste either.

packages have shown up early. works well. smaller casuals are a good size, making them easier to throw back in the morning they don't sit in the throat long enough to taste the ingredients. good quality, yet to have a busted capsule. good size container with cotton wadding. I read that safflower extract can help circultion issues like numbing in my hands. So far, I'm finding that the coldness & numbness is going away. It's only been about a week. I chew into the soft gel to absorb the safflower better. I recommend to give it a try.
