This is the firs time I try this product. The pills are very small and easy to swallow. Even my 10 years old kid can swallow it without any problem. This type of probiotic is supposed to be good for people with histamine intolerance or similar issues. I struggle with histamine reactions, so when I wanted to strengthen my microbiome, I read up and bought this. I didn't have digestive issues per se, so I can't speak to that benefit but It seemed like a good quality support for my gut and didn't worsen my histamine issues, which some probiotics do.
