Nice product. Good price and good sized capsules. No taste and easy to swallow. Clean ingredients, I would call that a good quality product. If it helps? I don't know. I often take it after meals and it helps me a bit with bloating. So I guess it does the job. Would buy again.

Quality is good. Ingredient is very nice. The size is fine for some time. The dosage is individual. Benefit was for me that I started feeling way better towards my stomach. No heaviness after meals. The taste is herbal. I started feeling much more comfortable. I noticed that I need to have breakfast earlier because once I felt a bit nauseous.
