Started on this B12 vitamins as I was feeling lethargic and also l came to understand that it helps with some nerve issues. I have taken it some time since and I could feel that I am more energetic than before so I will be continuing it as long as it shows its effectiveness.

I haven't taken it long enough to tell. I like that had less mcg because you can overdo it on supplementing. I have to take b12 because of Celiacs so this will help.
