I made the mistake of ordering this formulation of B-12 tablets, cyanocobalamin. Then my naturopath told me that it is not good for me (it is synthetic) and to take (natural) Methylcobalamin instead. So, I threw these away. Bummer. In the past, I have liked the tiny pellets that melt easily and quickly under my tongue with this brand.
