It's hard to find a B12 supplement that doesn't have a long list of ingredients - I appreciate that this is just B12! Also appreciate it only having stevia added for sweetness, no xylitol or erythritol. Pump leaks a bit at the top, but otherwise I am very happy with this product.

I am vegan so I take B12 regularly. I was recommended a spray for better absorption and the ingredient list on this one was the purest. The form of methyl cobalamin is the best for the body. The package is comfortable to use and the dosage is very potent but you can control it yourself with the number of sprays. Taste is a bit sweet but lovely

B-12 is essential for energy. The quality of the product is excellent, it works well in my body. I will definitely buy more, I recommend products from iHerb.

The best and easiest source of B12 I know of. Even people with diminished kidney function can take this form of B12 safely, unlike cyanocobalamin which can be toxic if kidney function is low. This solves that by using methylcobalamin which is never toxic and is the most bioactive form of B12 anyway. This is great.

it's good but I have tried better quality and better ingredients

I used this when I was doing flush. It was helpful in bringing my nervous system & metabolism back to balance. I liked the taste, and it's more potent because you place it under the tongue. I noticed I had more energy after taking it.

This supplement worked very well for me, bringing my levels to near the upper limit. You may have different results (as did my wife, who saw a much smaller increase). Will continue to buy this. It has a nice taste and is easy to take - one spray in the mouth every day.
