The only supplement I found with active form of folic acid. I really love the price and the fact that there one per capsule 800mcg and not less. Really great for my chronic anemia.
I think this is reasonably good price for methylfolate in this dose. Pills are medium size, easy to swallow and don't taste like anything. I take one daily, but I skip the days, when I take, for a reason or another, a multivitamin pill, since they also contain folate, and it's the one vitamin, you can have too much, if I understand correctly.
