I bought this for my child with autism, but it is hard to give because it comes in tablet form. Because of the difficulty in taking it consistently, I did not clearly see any results yet. The quality seems good, but I wish it was available in a liquid or chewable form for kids .

I'm not quite sure about this. It is supposed to be really helpful in certain conditions where you can't get enough folic acid into your brain. I cannot say that I really noticed much of a difference so far. Maybe I haven't taken it long enough or maybe not enough. I'm just not sure.
