Bought this for our son to take as it's hard to get magnesium in most vitamins. The taste is great, slight lemony flavor that is easy to drink but our son still does not like taking it. The exception is when we mix it in some grape juice (grape lemonade taste is the result). Personally I think it's better than another brand we bought before except that one has probiotics in it as a bonus & this one does not. Still this is a great way to take your magnesium except that more & more research is showing that taking magnesium this way doesn't always work. It does work if you are having issues "going to the bathroom" as it can clean you out with the full dosage or above. Better to stick to food sources like pumpkin seeds if you want a natural way of getting your magnesium!

I drink this on days when I need to relax and wan to sip on something sweet. The effect if very fast, and help me feel relaxed without feeling sleepy. Just add some hot water and then add cold water. Works great!
