Make sure you take the recommended 2 caps a day and in about a week your mental fog will get better and you will notice that you can remember or recall things more easily. Thought process will be better as well. The caps are normal size and easy to swallow. There is no aftertaste and since it is a potent mix make sure you take it with meal (and hereby not have stomach upset).

My mother had a big stroke 11 months ago. Our doctor found out she has cerebral amyloid angiopathy. She had some small memory loss, could not follow big discussions and she was losing the sense of time and coordination. We started giving her omega-3 quite early, but didn't have big effects on her reasoning. After we started neuromax II, we noticed a noticable change. a few months later we were out of stock, and her cognitive ability decreased again. So we started again, and the change in again noticable. the optimum setup for my mother was the following: 2 capsules in the morning. it is a better boost than 1 in the morning and 1 in the evening, as she got a great cognitive boost when really needed, during the day. we keep giving her omega 3 in the evening, to help reduce amyloid concentration in the brain, together with D3-k2. She also takes all the drugs the doctor suggested.

I appreciate that this product has 4 of the 5 special and main , essential vitamins and minerals that helps to boost memory. L-Tyrosine, Bacopa monnieri and essential B vitamins, Lion's Mane Mushroom and Gingko Biloba. support an increased blood flow and oxygenation to the brain and help defeat brain fog. The only thing that is missing is the AGP which I bought separately to complete the 5 essential minerals to help boost memory recall.

I have been recovering from lyme disease combined with a challenging time psycho-emotionally in life, while also undergoing my Phd studies. Can feel the effect straight away! I bought this and other supplements as my doctor suggested and I could feel its effects right after i took them. I felt way more peaceful. I slept very good and had dreams, I havent had normal dreams for awhile. I will also buy Vitamin B complex because i need it to lower homocysteine. I like the bottles, packed very good, good size, delivery went excellent. Pills have no taste at all. Dosage is very good for all these pills.

I have purchased several products from this brand so far and have been satisfied with it, so I trusted and bought this. I take one a day on an empty stomach in the morning. It's been two months since I ate. There were no side effects and there were individual differences, but there was no effect that felt particularly good for me.

Unsure whether I find this helpful. It did leave me feeling fuzzy headedand I was hoping for more focus. I find Brain IQ by Dr Amen a better product for me.
