That’s vitamin B12 really helped my energy level. I was surprised just to drop under your tongue and do you have energy for the whole day unfortunately I left mine at my daughters in the Bay Area so I’m re-ordering.
The taste its really good, I place a full dropper under my tongue, wait for 10 seconds and then I swallowed to boost my energy, lately I was feeling fatigue, tired. For me its a big help and of course eating healthy.

Most people absorb methylcobalamin just fine, but a select minority might not. IOn that case having cyanocobalamin as an option is great. Just the quantity is a bit on the low side, hence the 4 stars. Still recommond though.
