On the label it says made with sunflower lecithin, but I got soy lecithin, which is cheaper and more allergenic. I could've bought a product made with sunflower lecithin from a different brand for the same price. Please fix the label. But overall, it's a good product.

This is my favorite liposomal vitamin C. It is easy to take, tastes great. I take 1/4 of a teaspoon which gives 250mg vitamin C. I stopped taking large doses of vitamin C after learning about oxalates. That goes for all type of vitamin C.

Great for swift absorption of Vit C into your body. Tastes great. Recommended to me by a research scientist. At the first sign of illness I take a spoonful and that = no more problems! My husband takes on a regular basis to help with other health issues. Love it!
