I am post menopausal and this wild yam helps me stay sane. 14 days on. 14 days off. (Every third day I switch--if that makes sense) Tried to go off and was bad idea.
I HAVE BEEN TAKING THESE SUPPLEMENTS FOR 6 MONTHS AND THEY HAVE STOPPED MY HOT FLASHES. I DO TAKE MORE THAN 1 A DAY AS NOTED ON THE LABEL. I TAKE 2 IN THE AM AND 2 IN THE AFTERNOON. I FEEL I REALLY NEED THE EXTRA "HELP" THESE SUPPLEMENTS GIVE ME.
Great product using it for 2.5 months now and many of my menopausal symptoms nearly disappeared.
Only used it a couple of days so far but seems to balance hormones. I feeling better not worse. Quality good, dosage is fine, neutral taste. Benefits are yet to be totally received but seems good. Size of caps are normal, not overly sized. I’m happy thus far.

Great product for women. After starting the Wild Yam supplement it improved hormone related low mood within a few days. I think it is easier on a stomach compared to Wild Yam from other brands. I will definately buy it again.
