I do agree there's good quality in here and the ingredients do something, just not what I bought it for. I still have high bp in the morning even after taking 2x the dose of this the day before. But I notice I feel improved digestion and energy when I take it with meals. Without meals, which is not recommended, it makes me nauseous and gassy. Even though it has no garlic taste, you can kind of "taste" it a bit after you take it on an empty stomach.

My husband takes these with his regular BP meds, he says they work but not as well as we had hoped. I think if you have less severe high BP it's great but his BP is pretty high. The doctor wound up putting him on an additional medication. He takes these to help, but not a replacement for medication.

I tried kyolic garlic from this brand and was happy about it. And when I was out of it and out of q10, I was happy to see this combination. Great ingredients and dosage

I used to take garlic and CoQ10 tablets/capsules. This combination of two in one supplement not only is convenient but saves money in purchasing the two separately. Excellent quality and works well.
