This high-quality Black Cohosh root extract stands out for being non-alcoholic and non-GMO. While it has a robust herbal smell and taste, I find it quite acceptable. It mixes easily with water and has helped improve my hormonal imbalance and PMS symptoms. Just remember to shake well before using.
I recommend this product to my cousin for hormonal imbalance and pms symptoms. It’s best if you start with small doses; 6/7 drops twice a day. Taste good.

Works great for hot flashes, tastes awful but to be expected for an extract, washes away easily with water, easy to titrate because it's drops, perfect for slow increase in dose
The quality of this product and ingredient is amazing. The size is a little small and wish they had more options to get larger sizes. I love this product and the brand. Taste is great and i will always from now on use this.

Heard it's great for menopause but you need to be careful as it doesn't go well with liver and guts if u take a large dose.
