Much Better Than Folic Acid

Since our liver has to break down folic acid into its methyl form to break through blood/brain barrier and some of us with MTHFR mutations are unable to do this, this product is what you need for a healthier you. I love that iherb brought Douglas Laboratories products to us. Thanks!
