Hydroxy is good, adenosyl is good, methyl and ciano suck. My body tolerates hydroxycobalamin pretty well. This is my favorite when I travel because it's easy to handle and does not require refrigeration. I take 1/4 lozenge and sleep like a baby the whole night. The Pure Encapsulations adenosyl-hydroxy drops is even better because you can dilute it in water and not get any headaches but needs a cold fridge. I find AOR a trustworthy company based in Calgary, Canada. I've also been using their zinc+copper balance capsules for years.

I order this due to I have no luck with Methylcobalamin. but after 1 week of taking small dose of this hydroxy, weird symptoms shows. shortness of breathe and feeling anxiety or faint. this is slightly less intense from methylcobalamin but enough for me to feel the panicky feeling. so I'm not suitable... I wish I can return this. I'm glad and happy for those who are able to take this without side effect. Good luck. thank you

This is a nice addition to nighttime supplements to help with sleep. It didn't do it alone, which is why we gave it a 4.

I put this under my tongue and just let it dissolve. The lozenges are tiny and pleasant tasting. It's such an easy way to get a methylated form of B12

I mainly got this because it was hydroxy which your body will assimilate well. I don't like some of ingredients.. but do like that is a good name brand.. but a bit pricey when no sale available

I recently found out I have a B12 deficiency and taking one of these a day made much of my anxiety go away and I feel a lot sharper. I feel a much greater effect taking this than when I take a B complex. The lozenges are very small, have a mild and unproblematic flavor, and are very easy to take.

I hope this will boost my energy. I have only taken cheap vitamin b12 and a form I couldn't tolerate anymore because of my histamine intolerance. Hopefully this will not trigger any negative reaction.
