I have decided to start using this product to try and repair my tendons, and overall health and hoping it makes me look better. I have several health issues, so we will see how this goes. I'm giving it a full chance to work its magic, starting with 10 grams a day and increasing it to 20. A serving is 1 gram but athletes have used 20 for repair so I'm just going all out with this and see what it does for me. I'm not an athlete at the moment. I'm hobbling around with a lot of knee and shoulder pain. Back, hips etc. I took a five letter antibiotic starting with C a few years ago and have been in pain ever since. Supposedly it effects tendons. sometimes long term. I can't think of a better supplement to take than this. For the muscle and collagen repairing effects. The quality seems good and I have no side effects so far. I've been taking it for a week or so. If it helps in an obvious way I'll update my review.
