it's great quality, clean ingredients, great value size and dosage and has great benefits and excellent taste! actually like real colostrum which I have taken before. sadly, undergoing cancer tests and it's prohibited due to growth factors. I'm in the UK and it cost more to return to USA than it cost. iherb wouldn't refund me. shame

This product really works! I used to take Colostrum from another brand. This time I decided to try Colostrum from California gold Nutrition. And it works great for me! Recently, I was very cold during yoga classes - the floors were very cold and the yoga Mat did not save me from the cold. I felt like I might get sick. I came home after yoga and took 4 capsules of Colostrum during the day and 1 more capsule before going to bed. The next morning I felt great! I'm not sick! This is a great product for improving the immune system, so as not to get sick or recover faster. My husband also now takes Colostrum at the first sign of a cold. I like that I got 240 capsules and this is enough for the entire winter period of our family. The only negative is that the capsules are too big for me, it's hard to swallow. But I will still buy this product again!

I am a tremendous fan of California Gold powdered Colostrum and take it every day twice a day with a much larger scoop than is included. I bought these capsules to take for travel and it actually was much easier than the powder on the plane. I take 6 or 7 at a time. Colostrum is remarkable! I rarely get sick. The last time I was ill, I ramped up the colostrum and was back to health in 24 hours (- I also took oil of oregano in tablespoon of healthy oil)! GREAT stuff!!!!
