I use this supplement due to my nutritional therapist recommendation. I had been taking birth control hormones for at least 7 years because since teenage-hood my period was bad. My dream is to make my body works how it should be without extra things! Now I am without hormones for 1,5 years, and just imagine! Before taking this liquid vitex (if you have problems with the gastrointestinal tract, liquid is better absorbed than pills, but ask your doctor!) my menstrual cycle was up to 50 days, and now while I'm taking vitex last 2 months — it's 35 days! By the way, I also take some other pills to control my period (Fairhaven Health, Myo + D-Chiro Inositol) and try to lead a healthy lifestyle, so it nicely works together. The taste is okay, the quality is great, no problems with dosage — you can easily count your own.

This ingredient has so much benefits the dosage i use is about 12 drops in water or anything cause it doesn’t have any taste i use this 3 days before my period and it arrives on time each time i do this i was actually surprised so the quality is amazing.

I love this product. I used other sugar substitutes on the keto / carnivore diet, but after using this product I can freely say that it is the best. It doesn't have an aftertaste like some others, but it tastes like regular sugar. It provides a sense of pleasure without the guilt. The only thing I wish is that there is a bigger package.
