I usually buy a different brand, but it was sold out, so this was my only option. It ended up working even better than the original brand I usually purchase. Great purchase!
I prefer the smaller size of the Doctor's Best, but this works pretty much the same. It has similar effects to an SSRI without side effects or withdrawal if you stop taking it. I highly recommend for anxiety/depression
This one does calm you down but it also slows you down, so it's best to take it at night before going to bed. I take it with melatonin and it helps me stay asleep throughout the night
I take it for cognitive clarity when I sit down to work, but I also take about 15 other supps for the same purpose. So, does it work? Who knows.
The potency seems to be less than what I remember in this Zembrin. They seem to be good quality vitamins. I've read that people can get a tolerance to it, so I'm not sure if that's occurred for me. I don't receive the same benefit from it as I used to for sure. This has an added ingredient of calcium that I did not see on the other brand (Doctors Best) that I used, that brand also seems to have lost effect on me. Too bad bc this stuff used to really relieve my anxiety and make me feel calm and alert. I wish I could find a brand that still worked for me. The pill is a small size and it's the average dosage of 25mg. It had a great price, but I not sure Zembrin works for me anymore. I will try it again, but I've kind of given up on this one.
It's especially effective when stacked with Noopept for additional cognitive boosting abilities. I highly recommend this brand because it's relatively cheaper than others and has shown positive results; it works as well, if not better.
I am use to using St John’s wort and im not finding the same effects with this zembrin but i had to take a break off St. John’s wort for the summer months because of more time spent in the sun. Hoping i just need more time on the zembrin to be a good substitute for SJW in the summer months.
I'm noticing very slight effects, it makes me feel a little less stressed, it's easier for me to relax. These are very subtle changes.
This is good for reducing some of the everyday stress. It doesn't take away every bad thought you may have, but gives a little bit of calm that makes everything much easier to handle.
Very decent quality ingredients, dosage is one pill, no taste really. They are small in size circular tablets. The benefits to focus and calm are subtle but can definitely be felt. This Zembrin seems to be the best of all the ones available and we will be buying it again.
