I keep one bottle at home at all time esp if family member has Covid and coughing. It heals better. But check with your physician. Quality is great. Ingredients is pure. Size I wish can be bigger. I used double Dosage as a kick start. Benefit for lung health and anti inflammatory. Taste just as the herb should be.

Great alcohol free lomatium root extract. Ingredients and quality both found it pure and I do hope they come in bigger size. Dosage seems a bit under for the suggestions but you need to work with your conditions as you presume the dosage. I used it initially for my late dog after her old age suffered from pesticide and caused her lung into troubles. But she was healed with this herb as well as mullein. I then bought it again for my husband after his covid which seems benefited for his lung health as well. I found the taste authentic. Overall, I personally find this need to be a must at home esp in this flu season.

However, after using it for some time, I didn’t notice any clear or significant benefits. The results were quite average for me. It may work better for others, but personally I didn’t see much difference.
