I rarely take all 4 in a day, but if I feel "something" coming on, I'll chew 1 or 2; easy size to take. Although my stomach is sensitive to Vitamin C, I can take this without any issues. They taste good and are loaded with antioxidents and vitamins that seem to strengthen my immunity. I am a Sr citizen who has not had flu (or Covid) in past several years and believe Airborne's potentcy is in part responsible for this effect.
