I was taking Fenugreek and Cinnamon twice a day to reduce sugar. Now that I found Sugar Balance from Organic India, I take Fenugreek and Cinnamon in the evening and Sugar Balance in the AM. Haven't yet done a blood test to check my sugar. I'll wait a bit... Kosher and Vegan. Easy to swallow capsule.
