This product is very good. I was struggling in my sleep I use the dose of 10 mg only when I need it I use it for like three days straight then my sleep would be very good. The quality is very amazing. It helps me relax and have a good night sleep. It doesn't have a smell or a taste. The size is very nice. It will last you for awhile.
