L-Theanine, 200 mg, 60 Vegetable Capsules

I use the 200mg. L-theanine from APF in combination with Magnesium L-threonate for sleep. The first month in use I slept my best sleep for a long long time. Woke up early in the morning and could feel a renewed energy flow from a strong good sleep. Fantastic. As months passed by and now years later on, I believe the effect is roughly 60 percent and if I dont get to sleep within a short time the effect of the combination gives a more relaxed feel than otherwise. I have not tried more than 3 different brands of Theanine and this is my first choice. I am a man in my fifties but are a relative newbee to natural products in small boxes. I am surprised of the effectiveness to some of the products and have therefore tried several of them. Find out what you need and try out some recommended products from different brands. If you make a score, stick with it. It is that simple.

Like this product as it has minimal “other” ingredients. Getting a better night’s sleep too. The pricing is good at iherb & shipping to Australia is reasonably quick, very happy. Update nov 2019 still happy with this product. Update June 2021 still using and am now giving it to my very anxious cat, at cat dosage of course. It works ok however she is a very anxious cat and I refuse to administer prescription meds. There is L-theanine specifically for cats and dogs but I was unable to obtain in my country.

Really good amino acid, easy to swallow small size (especially for an amino acid), they are better and far smaller but recently changed. Still has high quality ingredients however and is an efficacious supplement, has positive effects on the health, calms and improves stress, especially useful for anxiety but also ADHD as an added benefit. Recommend this fantastic brand.

The quality on display here is fantastic. The ingredients are ultra minimal and won't interfere with the absorption of the active ingredient. 60 capsules for the asking price is really great compared to the competition.. I feel awake yet not sleepy, and super alert. mental clarity seems to be top notch. Thanks!

I was ordering this supplement following the advise of professor A.Huberman on the possibility to improve sleep pattern. It doesn’t only do that, but benefits in raising energy level during the day. Quality of ingredients is just great. Size of capsules is also perfect, no taste at all. I will continue purchasing this L-Theanine

These didn't have a taste and I think they're good at relaxing me.

I chose this L-theanine because of the simple ingredient list with no fillers, and for the good price. I cannot talk about its effectiveness yet, but I'll update my review in time.
