I have been using this product for about one month and I noticed a difference on my skin, face and my nails get stronger. I loved it. No taste and easy to swallow. It will be effective when you consistently taking the tablet. Good quality. Good product and quality as well.

I take 3 tablets daily as recommended and always after a meal. I’ve had no stomach issues so far and no bitter after taste either. My skin has visibly improved. It’s become softer, more plump and a little less flaky and dry. Hopefully my hair will also get better as I continue taking this product. I’ll be updating my review in a month or so 🙂
