This stuff is high quality and potent. I am an insomniac with severe anxiety. This melts all of that away. I couldn’t believe how quickly it works to relax me. It's good quality product that does what it says - helps with sleep. The only ingredient is chamomile, taste is herbal, dosage around one pump or less is just enough for me. Size is small though.
