Chewable Calcium + D3, Coffee Mocha Vanilla , 100 Chewables

This is the best way I have found to get calcium. Chewable and pleasant tasting. They are very good for those who cannot swallow pills. They contain only one gram of sugar per serving. A plus is that they also have vitamin D3, so that calcium is better absorbed. They taste interesting like coffee. I took this supplement because I had an ankle injury and I suffered from pain almost every night. In the complex, with other supplements and creams applied topically, it seems to help. This is by far the best calcium supplement I've bought. I've tried different forms, but chose a chewable one since calcium supplements are notoriously large. I didn't realize I bought a coffee flavored one (since I dislike coffee), but the flavor isn't overwhelming. I've adjusted to the flavor.

I have tried to swallow those large calcium and D3 tablets (even some with Magnesium). And while those may be better, even breaking in half they still get stuck in my throat. I've been using liquid D3, but now my doctor wants me to get calcium as well. I've tried other chewables, but this one seems by far the best for my needs, and it combines the two in a very tasty, easy to chew tablet. Btw - I have dentures and was concerned these would be difficult, but was surprised how they were to chew! I haven't had blood work yet to determine if they are actually supplementing sufficiently, but do believe they are.

The taste is amazing! Tastes like mocha. The tablets are chewable. I just wish the dose was higher. I took them for my stomach acidity, instead of tums. I am not sure if it would help with calcium deficiency, talk to your doctor about it bc not all forms of calcium are bioavailable.
