My wife & oldest child take this as an option to get a high dose of vitamin C. Has helped to keep most infections (colds) away compared to before!! I still prefer the powder version for mixing in with citrus drinks (fresh lemon, calamansi, etc.)!

Great product and mg, but the caps are a bit bigger than my ability to swallow them. Switched to another brand and they seem to work well.
