Glass bottle package! Powder form very high absorbs. After first dose i solved my problem - pain in the stomach. More over, I don't have this anymore. (intestinal constipation). Highly recommend. Before I used different companies, capsule form, didn't have that effect.

I was looking for a probiotic powder that I could add to my kids' smoothies for gut health. I don't notice it at all in the smoothie, blends in well and don't taste it. I don't know for sure if it's helping- it's been hard to tell with any probiotic honestly, but I'm hoping it's doing its job.

This probiotic knocks it out of the park!! It's my first time using a probiotic, and by reading other reviews, I started taking this product with only 1/8 teaspoon. Every 4-5 days, I increased the dose until I got to the full 1/2 teaspoon. After about two weeks, I saw an amazing change in my bowel movements/regularity, and a huge decrease with indigestion, gas, and bloating. Zero side effects. Love this stuff!
