I was told to take both Shilajit and CoQ10, so I bought this. I'm not sure if I'm getting enough of either taking it this way. But for now I'm just happy to have less pills to pop. Shilajit (mineral found in Himalayas) has been shown to support the body for centuries, my practitioner recommended it to me. Ideally it should be tested to be free of heavy metals like mercury, but I can't tell from the website if it's undergone that, so I gave 4 stars.

Worked just fine to assist my sports. However, I prefer GG-Gold long term as it can help create CoQ10 endogenously so say some studies. No where near as much as CoQ10 this supplement could though. If statins were prescribed I'd take this too I feel.
