The first week I took it I had great bowel movements. Second week I did not go everyday like before and even before probiotics I had a bowel movement every day. I have also been experiencing more bloating and gas. Not sure if its related but I'm going to give it a few more weeks because the reviews have been so good
We love culturelle for years. It has been part of our supplement stash especially when we need that extra boost to calm our stomachs and give our gut a healthy boost. Would definitely recommend!

This is a unique product as it contains L.Rhamnosis GG. We have found this strain of probiotics to be effective in aiding digestion and elimination. I take it myself and give it to my children as well. For my younger one I break it in half. It has solved my children's constipation issues. Of course they are in a better mood because of it too. It also seems to have a positive effect on their immune system. For myself I feel it helps with elimination and I feel lighter. This is a high quality probiotic that also tastes great.
I purchased Culturelle® Digestive Daily Probiotic for my son who is not a great eater . Eats lots of unhealthy food . He didn’t like the taste , so instead of chewing, he swallows them , size was just small enough to manage. Overall it worked out well . Good quality Hopefully it will benefit his gut
