Soil is depleted and though I eat healthy and mostly organic, I don't thinnk any of us gets enough minerals. Shilajit is expensive, seems messy, and hard to know if good source. Since I've been using for a couple years, have noticed stronger nails so I know it's doing something. Doesn't have any flavor. I'm 61 and only take bio HRT, no medicatons, some supplements, healthy food and exercise. Can dance, run, yoga, hike, lift. Keep it refrigerated. When it gets low, I add some water and can stretch it out a bit, and I take most days a week, not everyday, so it lasts me awhile. The new packaging is great, btw, solved occasional leakage problems and now comes with a cap for measuring out portion.

Its not a cheap product but the quality is there. I take it on most nights before going to bed to ensure I consume the minerals that are found less and less in foods that we eat. I cant say I have felt better because Im generally healthy but I do it as a preventative food medicine

Good product, no flavor so easy to add to water. We haven’t noticed a huge difference with one bottle, but it likely takes some time.
