I have mixed feelings about this product and company. I was taking these minerals for a while but I honestly can’t tell of the did anything or not. This company makes a lot of claims on their website and socials that they claimed are backed up by studies, but no sources for it. It they seem fairly expensive for such a small size. I’m just not sure if the ingredients are potent enough to do anything, especially if they can’t back up their claims with real science.
