Amazing for almost everything. The quality of the ingredient oregano is amazing because it is wild crafted oregano. The size of the pills is good so they are easy to swallow! The capsules are a bit sticky. Have to shake bottle to separate. That kind of makes me question the quality but I've been taking them without ill effects so.....
